Shipping policy
- All stocked orders are usually processed within 2 business days unless otherwise noted.
- Unless otherwise requested, all US domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail, or First Class Mail.
- Expedited methods of shipping may be available, such as UPS Next Day Air, and UPS 2nd Day Air. We suggest you email or call us to verify same-day shipments. NOTE: UPS Next Day Air requests on Friday are guaranteed delivery on the next business day (business days are Monday through Friday), this does not include Saturdays. Saturday deliveries must be specifically requested.
- The Dualcomm Store is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to circumstances beyond its control. This would include but is not limited to: weather conditions, mechanical delays, and equipment failures.
- The Dualcomm Store is not held responsible for any delays UPS may incur due to incomplete address information, or wrong address information provided by the customer.
- All packages are insured when they leave Dualcomm Store. If a package is damaged in shipment, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of the damage. Dualcomm Store is not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.
- All international orders are shipped via the shipping method that a customer selected during the checkout. The international shipping methods include UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, DHL Express, and USPS Priority Mail.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses as well as customs charges, taxes and fees, and duties due upon entering the destination location.
